How to print Poshmark and Mercari labels on a 4×6 thermal printer
Resale apps hand you a prepaid label in whatever form suits a regular printer: often a letter-size PDF, sometimes an image, sometimes with a packing slip or instructions on the same page. A 4×6 thermal printer needs just the label.
Getting the label file
- On a computer: download or save the label as a PDF from the sale's shipping page or the email the marketplace sends.
- On a phone: open the label, then use Share to save it to Files, or send it straight to a label app.
Printing it at 4×6
- Crop to the label only, leaving any instructions or packing slip out.
- Rotate it upright if needed.
- Print on 4×6 paper at 100% scale.
If the label is an image (a screenshot, for example), use the biggest version you can get. A small screenshot can blur the barcode.
With Label Magic
Share the label to Label Magic from the app or email, or open the PDF on your Mac. It separates the label from instructions or a packing slip on the same page, crops to 4×6 and prints at your printer's resolution.
